Return Policy

At MontAmour, as a consumer, you generally have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving your order. Statutory exceptions apply to certain products, including sealed (hygiene) products.

Cooling-off period and withdrawal

You can withdraw your purchase within 14 days of receipt without stating a reason.

How to withdraw

1. Within 14 days of receipt, send an email to info@montamour.com with your order number and a statement that you wish to withdraw.

2. After your notification, you have another 14 days to return the product.

You may assess the product as you would in a store. If the product has been used more than necessary to assess it, there may be a depreciation in value.

Exception: sealed (hygiene) products - toys

Intimate products/toys are supplied with a safety seal/sealing for hygiene reasons. If the seal is broken or removed, we cannot accept the product for return.

· Hygiene products/toys: returns are not possible if the safety seal/sealing is broken.

· Defective or incorrectly delivered: your statutory rights remain applicable; please contact info@montamour.com.

Return conditions (if return is permitted)

· The product is complete (incl. accessories/manual, if applicable).

· Pack the product carefully to prevent damage during transport.

· Include a note with: name, order number and (optional) reason for return.

Return costs

The costs for return shipment are at your own expense, unless we have delivered an incorrect product or the product arrived defective/damaged.

Refund

After withdrawal, we will refund the purchase amount (and any standard shipping costs for the initial shipment) within 14 days. We may wait to refund until we have received the return or until you prove that you have returned it.

Damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered

Report this as soon as possible via info@montamour.com with your order number and (in case of damage) clear photos. We will work together to find a suitable solution.
