We ship with PostNL, DHL, and DPD. You will receive Track & Trace once your package has been registered.

· Delivery times are indicative and depend on the carrier and current volume.

· No product name on the outside

· Neutral sender details (no recognizable shop description)

Are you not at home? Then the carrier's policy applies (e.g., delivery to neighbors, re-delivery, or delivery to a collection point).
