Article 1 - Identity

Article 2 - Applicability

· These conditions apply to every offer and every agreement made via the MontAmour website.

· Deviations are only valid if confirmed in writing.

· Nothing in these terms and conditions restricts mandatory consumer rights.

Article 3 - Offer and agreement

· We display product information as carefully as possible. Obvious errors (such as typos) do not bind us.

· Prices are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

· The agreement is concluded as soon as you place an order and receive an order confirmation.

Article 4 - Payment

Payment is made via the payment methods offered at checkout.

Article 5 - Delivery

· Delivery takes place at the delivery address you provide.

· Delivery times are indicative and depend on the carrier.

· The risk of loss or damage transfers at the moment of delivery.

Article 6 - Right of withdrawal

· As a consumer, you generally have a 14-day cooling-off period after receipt.

· The steps and conditions are described on the Return Policy page.

Article 7 - Exception: sealed hygiene products

For sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, the right of withdrawal lapses when the seal is broken after delivery. This applies to toys/hygiene products with a security seal.

Article 8 - Conformity and legal rights

You are entitled to a product that complies with the agreement. In the event of a defect or incorrect delivery, we will work together to find a solution.

Article 9 - Complaints

We handle complaints according to the Complaints Handling page.

Article 10 - Force majeure

In case of force majeure, we may suspend our obligations as long as the force majeure situation continues.

Article 11 - Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount of the order. We are not liable for consequential damages, unless there is intent or willful recklessness.

Article 12 - Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Statement.

Article 13 - Applicable law

Agreements are governed by Dutch law.
